The data controller is the service Proskalw, operating at proskalw.gr.

2. Data we collect
- Event creators: email address, hashed password
- Events: names, date, locations, message, dress code, contact phone
- Guests: name, phone (optional), guest count, notes
- Photos/videos: files uploaded by guests with their optional name
- Technical data: IP address (rate limiting), session cookies
3. Data retention
- Free plan: event and all data deleted 30 days after event date
- Paid plan: data retained as long as you have an active account
- User account: retained until you request deletion
4. Third parties
We do not sell or rent your data. We use the following processors:
- Supabase Inc. — database & file storage (EU servers)
- Vercel Inc. — application hosting
- Google LLC — Google Maps API
- Viva Wallet / PayPal — payment processing (upgrade only)
5. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to: access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection, and restriction of processing.

6. Cookies
We only use strictly necessary cookies for session management (authentication). No analytics or advertising cookies.
