Terms of Use

By using the Proskalw service (proskalw.gr), you fully accept these terms of use. If you disagree with any term, please do not use the service.

Proskalw is a platform for creating digital invitations for weddings, baptisms and other events. It provides tools for guest attendance confirmation, photo uploads and QR code sharing.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for the security of your password.
• Creating an account on behalf of a third party without authorization is not permitted.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Strictly prohibited:

• Uploading illegal, offensive, or copyright-infringing content
• Uploading child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — immediately reported to authorities
• Using the service to send spam or unsolicited messages
• Attempting to breach platform security
• Creating events with intent to defraud third parties

Plans are priced at €14 (Invitation), €39 (Celebration), or €99 (Gold) one-time per event. Payment is via Viva Wallet or PayPal.

We do not offer refunds after upgrade, as the service activates immediately.

These terms are governed by Greek law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Athens.
